The Get Body Beautiful Lifestyle plan is based on taking better care of yourself by reducing your stress levels, getting adequate rest, and moderating alcohol.

Lifestyle Prescription

1. Reduce Stress – Focus on the things you can change and not worrying about those beyond your control.  Set aside 15 minutes each day to recharge your body, meditate, and pray.  Find time to enjoy fill your world with the people and activities you love!!
2. Sleep More- Consistent rest will boost your bodies ability to recover from the intensity and stress of exercise.  It’s important to rest more to ensure maximum fitness results.
3. Moderate Alcohol -  Not only does alcohol add calories, but it slows your metabolism and makes weight loss more difficult.  Limit a single serving of wine or beer to no more than 2 times per week.  It’s like dessert, in very small amounts it’s acceptable, anything more is sabotage!!!
