I want to write this letter of gratitude. I saw you as more than a trainer you was my angel of fitness. You helped save my life as I started the Atlanta Biggest Loser contest at 529 lbs.
Your regiment helped me lose 84 lbs in 3 months during the contest. We have continued the journey to 200 and now I'm 10 lbs away from my first milestone of 100 lbs. I have also been able to walk two 5k's and will be completing 8 this year. Thank you for helping me start claiming my life back!!
